Aritao to Baranggay
Tracksters,
This is a track of a road from Aritao town proper to Baranggay Canarem. The road is maybe about half concreted and passes through Baranggay Common, Baranggay Santa Clara and passes under the shadow of Mt. Santa Clara. The rest is all weather unsealed road. The track ends as far as I dared go on my pig of a motorbike. The road pretty much turns into single track through mountains here. The track I made ends at the base of the mountains with virgin forest in sight. A local told me the single track goes all the way to Caranglan, Nueva Ecija. I'll leave the the tracking of that to more intrepid travelers than I.
Later,
RicemanAttached Files

Dear Admin, am re-submitting my earlier contribution on how to get to Subic International Raceway (from SBMA Petron station) and a new contribution on how to get to Lago De Oro from Petron SLEX. Lago De Oro has a great facility for wake and knee boarding. Worth visiting. I also added some waypoint that I didn't see in the demo map as follows:
Bag Of Beans in Tagaytay. Great breads and coffee.
Bridgestone Fort . For tires and wheel balancing and alignment services.
K5 Maxspeed Tire Center. Retailer of tires. Great service and tires priced lower than market. Owner (Arnel) is very customer friendly. They also do nitrogen fills for tires.
Lago De Oro. Great wake boarding or knee boarding facility in Batangas.
Mushroom Burger. Well, mushroom burgers.
Petron Lian. Only Petron station after the town of Lian. Last decent station to fill up.
Roadstar Fort. Great accessories. Tires, wheel alignment and balancing. Also does nitrogen fills. Open on Sundays.
RSM Restaurant. When in Tagaytay, great place to eat. Turo-turo style.
Speedlab along QC avenue. Tuners love this play. Home of WaxDaddy (car detailing).
Subic Intl Raceway
Taal Vista Lodge. Didn't see this in my version of the demo map.Attached Files
