As promised, as a supplement to the routing contribution I just made about No right turn to Quirino from Roxas.

Attached is a 1sec track of 2 paved roads that will allow you to turn right and into the service road and thus to turn right to Quirino from Service road.

Because I walked to take the 1sec tracks the road was not so obvious with the 1sec tracks so I just drew a line to show where those paved roads are.
