all of your files attached contains same set of waypoints. just 1 file containing all your waypoints would be ok.
for this set, here are some few things:
1. pls remove default waypoints (garmin, garmin europe, garmin taiwan).
2. is big house waypoint an establishment? if yes, pls indicate nature of business.
3. district hospital san juan currently marked on top of the road, pls edit and move it on the correct side of the road.

the rest of your file was already accepted and will be included on the next mapversion.
pls re-upload only the district hospital and the big house (if it is an establishment and not a personal waypoint).
just in case you haven't seen it yet, pls click the waypoint standards link below to have more guidance on how to edit your waypoints.

Included the elementary & highschool again plus the junction to the road going there.

I also included St. Ferdinand church and moved it near the road even if the actual church is actually way back from the road.

this is ok. although you may use shopping icon, which is more appropriate for shopping malls. and you may mark it a little bit nearer beside the road, unless, there is an access road not yet on the map. if there is an access road, pls include the access road track to serve as reference, but you have to upload the same track to tracks thread also for it to be included in the map.
