Yup. Gdb preferred. If gpx, compress it to drastically reduce the file size pls. Tia.

1. Yes. "NO" left turn from From Rosario (south part of map) to provincial highway (west)
a. from Rosario (south part of map) Rosario -Rizal Crossing all vehicles must turn Right on Rizal(East Direction)
b. YES Rosario (North part of map) Can turn right to Provincial highway (west)
No Rosario (south part of map) cannot turn left to Provincial highway or cross Provincial highway to Rosario (North side of map)



2. Yes from L. Rivera (south side of map) you can cross Rizal going to L.Rivera (north side of map)
L.Rivera. (south part of map) to Right turn Rizal (east Bound) also possible

ONLY restriction: L.Rivera (South part of map) NO! Left turn to Rizal (west bound)

@OPEX: pls confirm if this is still same:

Rosario along albay cathedral is 2-way
Rosario along Peñaranda and Fire station is one-way southbound.
Rosario to cross provincial highway northbound. - NOT ALLOWED
Rosario to cross provincial highway southbound - ALLOWED

right turn rosario to prov hwy (westbound) is ALLOWED
left turn rosario to provincial hwy (westbound) is NOT ALLOWED (this is affected by the rotunda - roundabout)
right turn to rizal (eastbound) is ALLOWED.
left turn from rosario to rizal (eastbound) is ALLOWED


Rizal, Rosario, Gov Locsin and L Rivera serves as a roundabout for peñaranda park.

@OPEX: pls confirm: as far as i can remember, Gov Locsin portions not included in the portion of roundabout is 2-way. (not sure with the portion along albay bakery but i'm sure along the portion along Mang Inasal)

L Rivera can cross Rizal northbound. southbound not possible since L Rivera is one-way northbound (along albay provincial capitol / peñaranda park area)
we need to verify first with OPEX if L Rivera is 2-way in the city hall / divine word collage area.
