Nope, the roundabout is at the Y junction for the town proper or for the bypass going to SM and Robinsons.
It is true, I have used 6 times now its just the locals also do not recognise a it when they see it, but its there.....Comment

Roundabout,
Well lipa roundabout is about 15 kms from the SM Calamba, the 2 tracks for Calamba is one is the road within SM car park, and the other is also a bypass to avoid the heavy traffic at Calamba Rotunda. The tracks for the roundabout have since been deleted.Comment
