It's correct, it is/was a gate here, but it's open most of the time!
At least at daytime, I've passed here many times and never seen it closed?

the east bank rd / amangrodriguez could be your gps. i have noticed that some types of gps prefer to go round two streets instead of taking a sharp turn... did you try modifying your preferences to shortest or fastest and check whether it changed?

the other two are easliy done. (a 1s track for the katipunan uturn would be nice though)
