Waypoints from CEBU and BOHOL (correction)

See the new Waypoints with commentfile 1 and 2 from CEBU and BOHOL.

1. I re-placed all waypoints to the rights distance to the road

2. Hotel Beverly Boutique is the new name (as i wrote in the waypoint it selfs) and replace the formal "Edies Hotel"

3. See new comment file 2 (Outsiders MC Hotel was on the wrong location, according to my track-logs this is the right location)
