pls read these comments:
1. you posted 4 files with same content, pls dont do this, it eats up server space and waste processing time, imagine i have to open each file and check.
2. do not include tracks recorded outside of philippines. it also occupies extra server space.
3. some of your tracks are usable, those that are not yet existing on the map.
i will edit your post and delete those unusable tracks.
4. your tracks are non-1-sec tracks, for existing roads, only 1-sec tracks are acceptable.

How do I submit a "Dead-end" routing restriction in RG technical specs?

Anyway, Just to illustrate my point, I made routes named "Pacific Ave. Dead-end" and "Rd Dead-end". Also, to highlight the actual location of the dead-end, I made two waypoints of same names.

Paki intindi nalang po hehehe. And where do I find the "How-to" for this kind of contribution?

this is ok. but we term it as "roadcut".
pls specify also why theres a dead end or roadcut in the comment field of waypt.
