track 0013 is not connected to any road, it floats, then its non-routable.

I thought tracing roads from G.E. is not allowed here because of accuracy issues. Guess I was wrong.

its accepted only for those roads not on map yet.
there is accuracy issue but its better than nothing.
if someone contributes 1-sec tracks then we correct it.

Since I don't have the resources to trace, perhaps I can mention suggestions on areas that are not yet on the map, e.g., portions of San Fernando, Pampanga on both sides of McArthur highway?
