this should be uploaded to luzon (13°+) waypoints corrections thread.
you are right in correcting the name, but you may also include the correction for distance. in this case, it would be better to mark it as DELETE waypoint to be uploaded at luzon (13°+) waypoints corrections thread. and create a new waypoint with the correct distance (8-10m), with the correct name and upload it at luzon waypoints thread.
however, for your future waypoint corrections, if the waypoint for correction is already on the correct distance then no need to make a "DELETE" waypoint file. just mark them as "RENAME to xxxx(poi)" or "REPLACE ICON xxxx(poi)" and submit to waypoint corrections thread.
