just edit the distances at 8-10m(25-30ft) as per standard plus add a little info on the comment field on description on on the mag:net waypoint (to help us categorize the waypoint), and its all well done.
oh by the way, i hope your parking waypoint is marked at the parking entrance. if yes, indicate it at comment field also. good day sir.

additional suggestion: you may also name your waypoint BPI@Quirino Ave and Union Bank@Quirino Ave instead of the present one.
