Your tracks are still raw tracks. You can edit those tracks before sumission. You can do the following as follows;
1. You can devide (track devide tool-scissor),
2. You can cut and erase points (track erase tool-eraser) or delete excess tracks (double tracks),
3. You can edit or smoothen your tracks using track point select tool,
4. You can join two tracks together by track join tools,
5. You can extend track by using track draw tool (pencil).
This is to lessen the burden on the mapper who will process/edit your data before compiling.

re tracks editing
thanks for the observation roadguide. should i edit the files i have uploaded and upload it again or for my next upload? btw if u noticed my tracks, some of the tracks extends up to the point where it is already in the contributors map which i think would aid in the alignment process because my tracks are off the road in the contributors map by 25 meters.

It's better to edit the files you uploaded and delete the previous post before uploading to avoid double post. It's a good idea to overlap your 1-sec tracks a little bit so that the mappers will know the shift with existing roads. If the shift is significant you must submit new 1-sec tracks of existing roads as correction.
It's not a good idea to just trace the 1-sec track because you will lost the originality of the original 1-sec track which is the most important.
The track tools in Mapsource are capable of editing track into a presentable one.See FAQ for Newbies below
