Thanks sir, question, what do you mean by check my distances? I don't have bridge icon on my mapsource. I'm very much willing to learn. I want to create roads in our newly created subdivision also. Thanks. I hope i could get lock code so i will know what i can contribute and avoid duplicates.

You don't need an unlock code to avoid duplicates. You're already a contributor so you already have one. Just base your contribution from the 1.09 map and you're ok.

i lost my garmin xt last month, i bought a new nuvi 265wt and i think i need a new unlock code. I'm in san carlos city negros. Unlock code ASAP is highly appreciated. So i could see which to contribute. I always go travel once every weekend.

Download the demo map and you'll see what to contribute. Junior members do not have unlock code and they see what is and what is not on the map by relying on the demo version.

there is a bridge icon at mapsource, last icon under the marine category.
checking distances is done using the distance/bearing tool. moving the waypoint is done by using selection tool, clicking it twice (not the usual double click) then moving it to desired position.

as for the unlock code, sir pokz has already answered your question.

don't be discouraged. if you have a new unit, then you will need a new unlock code. but in order to get a new one, you have to start contributing again.
