Please delete the first file you uploaded to avoid duplication. My comments on your uploaded file:

1. Take out unknown/unnecessary waypoints (001, c, G, garmin & etc.)
2. Use appropriate icons (i.e. shell, morning dew & etc.)
3. Spell check (bldgg E)
4. Brief description of unknown waypoints (what's morning dew? Em MOA? & etc.)
5. Do not combine POIs, make separate waypoint for each (i.e. Watsons & Starbucks@SM MOA)
6. What was your road reference for the distance 25-30' from road? Your tracks or the existing roads in the map?

1 2 & 3 Sorry, I thought by selecting the waypoints that I want saved by ctrl-click only those will be saved. How do I save only the waypoints I intend to submit?

Delete the ones you do not want/need to submit.

If you want to retain them for personal use, save them into another file. This is how I'd do it:

1. Download all data from my unit.
2. Save to 1 file.
3. Save as another (second) file.
4. Delete unnecessary tracks, routes, waypoints.
5. Save second file again.
6. Upload this second file.
