hello sir mjaymd. am i right in assuming that "abaca" should be named "euphrates"? and "dapo" should be named "tigris st" ? if it is renaming, then pls upload this to new//old road name

d. Road names for addresses – abbreviated version of road classes is desired, ex. Ave, Rd, St, Hwy, Blvd…etc. Corner is also to be abbreviated to “cor”. For consistency’s sake, we will drop all the dots in naming address.

Dont confuse tracks and waypoints. Dont use the waypoint standards in a track thread. . Refer to the track standards instead

yes sir. i am aware of that. however, i just pointed the 2 corrections in the same post. am i correct in saying that it should be uploaded on the change of name thread? i just then added your naming standards of the streets as reference for the future uploads concerning waypoints in naming of streets (uploaded of course on the appropriate thread). thank you sir.

sir jan, now i understand the new//old road thread. it is for the roads where it was known for 2 names on which both can be searched by gps (as sir pokz already explained this to me). and correction of wrongly names streets should really belong to this thread. i was the one confused . hehehe

hi sir. pardon me for the initial wrong info i gave you.
the thread new//old is for road with 2 names that which both can be used to search in the gps as both names still do apply. as for the wrongly named roads, you have already uploaded them correctly here and i was the one who is confused.
