Another way to get road names (assuming those are city/municipal streets) is to go to the city/municipal planning offices and request a copy of their street map. For subdivisions, maybe the developer of the subdivision or the subdivision association office. Details are in order, assuming that your dirt bike tracks connect to previously uploaded tracks not yet on the map v1.09...

Roadguide2000 does a lot of tracing from Google Earth. I asked him for a couple of examples and he was kind enough to even send along a short tutorial. I looked for it on the forum but I don't see where he's posted it. I'll send you a copy in a PM.
