Do not use merge inner polygons.

Leave as is. It will be ok in gps.
Merging inners looks bad on higher levels of the map

Yes, you can use a single mp file and keep on adding polygons via file -> add then convert as you wish.

Meaning, you can open any new or existing mp file, add 1st circle, convert then add 2nd circle, convert ... Or you can do it in any sequence you want. For example, add any number of polygons then convert. Same thing it applicable for any combination of tracks and POI's.

But it's best to do it one at a time or section by section so you don't lose track of which one's you have already converted.

Tip: you can click on the "paper clip" icon to show and hide the attached polygons, tracks, poi's to see if an item was already converted...
