I belive this polygons should be quite complete for the water bodies and coast line in this area?
Regarding names of the rivers etc., I've not been able to find exactly the names and lenghts of each river here?

..but it's only indicative, so if someone knows a good map identifying the rivers and dams in Cavite and elsewhere, please let me know?
