Philamlife Village is divided by CV Starr, as CV starr also serves as access to BFRV (Gloria Diaz) and also part of Friendship route.

Thats why they have two access controlled gates on each side of CV Starr.

So if you don't mind I'ld find it more natural having them open so it's possible to route to a road inside the Village? TIA

Baltazar and Cebu are the only access gates for Philam.

Panay, Ilocos, Bico, D garces, and F Cabico are all road cuts because the gates are permanently closed. But the homeowners of each street have their own key of the gate. Let's just keep them road cuts.

the point is that you know the way and hence do not need the routing...

Jan, it's more appropriate if Baltazar and Cebu are open. That's actually where the guardhouses are. Homeowners or not, those 2 roads are the only access for them. Other roads have closed gates.

There is access gates on both ends of the park, on both sides, ie. Our Lady of Fatima Ave and Baltazar, and Jingco and Cebu on the other end of the park.

I stand corrected. What I meant by Baltazar was Our Lady of Fatima Ave. Sorry.

Aria has nothing to do with Philamlife Village? Aria is a access road to BF-Resort Village (BFRV) from Alabang-Zapote road to Lalein Benett crossing Gloria Diaz. However there is something else wrong there should be a couple of other road cuts, not sure, but possibly Raphsody and Chorale? The part between Chorale and Aria is not Philamlife, but Santa Cecilia Village?
