I'm sure...There is gates there, possible to pass, but restricted! You need to leave your licence or having a sticker...you know how it is?
The other road cuts along C V Starr are permanently closed gates.

It's formerly Salitran Rd. It is Jose Abad Santos now. I've submitted the new name for this.

Njaa, would prefer those open.
Philamlife Village is divided by CV Starr, as CV starr also serves as access to BFRV (Gloria Diaz) and also part of Friendship route.

Thats why they have two access controlled gates on each side of CV Starr.

So if you don't mind I'ld find it more natural having them open so it's possible to route to a road inside the Village? TIA

Baltazar and Cebu are the only access gates for Philam.

Panay, Ilocos, Bico, D garces, and F Cabico are all road cuts because the gates are permanently closed. But the homeowners of each street have their own key of the gate. Let's just keep them road cuts.

Oh..Cebu st and Rhapsody connection has permanently closed gate. Same as Panay and Chorale.
