I have been working in China as a Native English Teacher for last 2 years. I am currently in Changsha, Hunan Province, for my 3rd yearof living/working in China.
Hence my drop off, on Track contributions etc..
When I do get back to Cebu during Winter and Summer Breaks, I have also been Teaching over in Mactan at Crown Regency Residences & Suites for 4 weeks doing ACME Winter/Summer Camps.
Not much time left for 'Green Trail Rides'.
However I did use my Wintec G-Rays2* GPS Track Logger on my XT225 Serow for my 'commute' along CSCR to Crown Regency, Mactan, on the morning 16 August (07:55 - 08:23) .
Love those 'Count Down Timers' on the Traffic Lights! If I see it is over 120 secs on Red, I often hang a 'right' then do a U-Turn, or an 'Alternate Route' (as can be seen here, where I emerge by Mandaue Sports Center, and turn right to continue).
* NB: Wintec WBT201 has been reconfigured to give 4Hz Tracking (but Time Stamp does not resolve to 1/10 sec, so in some cases there can be up to 4 x GPS Track Points, all with SAME Time Stamp.
I also usually configure the WBT201, so it only records Track Log from 4-130kph (ie NO Track Log under 4kph, and above 130kph as these likely to be error GPS Track logs, or excessive logs when stationary)
It is also configured to only record if there is a 'Deviation' of + 2 Degrees (left or right) from last Track Point. This cuts down on Recorded GPS Track Points when traveling in straight line (or just changing lane on dual carriageways).Comment
