your 3rd direction is going the other way... it goes counter clockwise.
which means, if you come from juan luna starbucks(which sometimes become 2 way"at night")and your going to reina regente, you have to go around sanfernando then oriente then reina regente(its a roundbout)

btw sarado na juan luna starbucks. saan yung nagiging 2 way??? correction again ongpin street, kung yung sa san fernando Bridge it is always 2 way. juan luna street always one way going to jones bridge

what im refering to is juan luna from meisic to where the corner of starbuck.
Before its two way at night around 10pm
with regards to the roundabout of course its one way going around counter clockwise

Correction for Causeway Left turn to C-3 & One way Noval

1. Corrected positions of Causeway Restaurant and Gerry's Grill
2. Left turn from Banawe to C-3 is allowed. No need to go all the way to Araneta to make a U turn.
3. P. Noval is one way going from Dapitan to Espana near UST
