    Default Waterproofing your Nuvi

This looks like an effective and not-so-expensive way of waterproofing and mounting a Nuvi to a bicycle or motorbike.

For temporary situations, I find the Ziploc brand of sandwich bags sufficient for protecting all sorts of gadgets.

another temporary solution is to use wrap it with condom.
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.

Oh, but they break easily. So you either end up with a waterlogged gadget or a baby 9 months later.
