mamplasan road correction

im posting a file showing a certain error with the mamplasan roads leading to the provincial highway.
coming from brent and going to the old national highway, the routing always chooses to make a u turn in the first fork (marked on map) which a way way longer route.
im thinking that the road her could be broken - ie not continuous

The following corrections:
1. Locations of Tiboli
2. Locations of Poli clinic
3. Locations of gasoline station
4. Location of East asia royal hotel (There are 2 east asia hotel, however the other is actually the location of St. Paul church
5. Location of Honda philippines (my error)
6. Real location of metrobank along santiago blvd.
7. Chowking is already close

please use ff procedure:
- upload the points that need to be moved waypoint them in mapsource on their location as is now)
- name the file delete or remove or similar
- upload the correct points (names / postions) to the wayspoint thread

reason: i do not check your text while importing the points into the next mapversion. all i check are the attachments (gdb, gpx, pics,...)

you have to make two separate files: 1 for points you want to delete and upload in the corrections thread, and one for points you want to add and upload in the waypoints thread

Changed "UP College of Nursing" to "UP College of Pharmacy" and added UP College of Nursing in its proper location.
