    Roads closed in Manila

    MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – At least 9 roads in Metro Manila will be closed this weekend for reblocking and road repair.

    The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said in a statement that that the following roads will undergo repair:

    Along Araneta Ave. from Calamba St. to Quezon Ave. (2nd lane, SB) before and after Ma. Clara St.

    Along E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave./C-5 between Mercury Ave. and Richmond Ave. (2nd lane, SB) in Katipunan F/O to First St.

    Along EDSA Between Connecticut to Libertad Mandaluyong City (SB) after footbridge at corner Ortigas Ave. before and after Rochester St.

    Along C-5 Road from CJ Caparas St, to Lanuza St. (Outermost lane, SB)

    Along Fairview Ave. from Winston St. to Pure Gold (3rd lane, SB)

    Along Mindanao Avenue from Old Sauyo Road to Rosal St, (3rd lane, SB)

    Along EDSA between Temple Drive to United St. Mandaluyong City (NB)

    Along C.P Garcia Ave. Maginhawa St. to E. Jacinto St. (3rd lane)

    Along Congressional Avenue from April St. to Ayshire (1st lane WB)

    MMDA said repair works on these roads will start at 10pm of Friday, October 3. They will be opened to traffic at 5am of Monday, October 6. – Rappler.com
